Note:
The registration fee includes the reception on Sunday evening May 20,
two dinners and three lunches.
As part of the registration process, we will book a room on your behalf
at the following HotOS-8 discount rates:
EUR 81.81 (about $80) for a single room per night, or
EUR 66.47 (about $66) for a double room per night PER PERSON.
Taxes and continental breakfasts are included in the room rate.
The double rooms will be shared with an accompanying person,
or a specified or unspecified participant of the workshop.
If you have any specific requests regarding accommodation (like
accompanying children), or if you like to come a few days earlier or
stay longer, please contact the local arrangements chair Gerd Liefländer
(lief@ira.uka.de).
Payment for your accommodation will be handled by the hotel.

We are offering a bus shuttle service between Munich Airport and the
hotel on May 20(and back again on May 23). Please tell us your intended
flights as soon as you know them to help us organize the most
appropriate schedule.
Depending on the required bus size, the price will be between EUR 20
(about $20) and EUR 40 (about $40) per transfer per person. To organize
this we need information on numbers by 30 April 2001.

Schloss Neuschwanstein
on Wednesday afternoon (May 23) if sufficient people are interested. See
